Terms of Service

Effective July 4, 2026

These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and BizOps Pilot. By creating an account you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask before you rely on it.

1. The service

BizOps Pilot lets you build and run automations ("Pilots") triggered manually, by webhook, on a schedule, or by inbound email, connected to your own third-party accounts and keys.

2. Beta status

The service is currently in beta and free of charge. Features may change, and despite our testing, defects can occur. At launch, paid plans will be a flat monthly price; we will give clear notice before anything starts costing money.

3. Unlimited runs and fair use

Plans do not meter your runs and your automations are never stopped for billing reasons. To keep that promise sustainable for everyone, structural limits apply: webhook deliveries are limited per Pilot per minute and in aggregate per account, scheduled Pilots run at most every 15 minutes, and heavy bursts are queued fairly against your own earlier work rather than blocking other customers. Hitting a limit delays delivery briefly; it never cancels your automations. Deliberate attempts to abuse these limits are a violation of these terms.

4. Your account

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

We may suspend accounts that violate this section, with notice where practical.

6. Your content and credentials

Your Pilots, workflows, and data remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to run them as configured. Connected credentials are encrypted at rest, used solely to execute your steps, and deleted when you disconnect them or delete your account. You can export any Pilot as JSON at any time; there is no lock-in.

7. Bring-your-own keys

When you connect your own API keys (for example an Anthropic key), usage under those keys is billed to you by the provider under their terms. We add no markup and take no responsibility for provider pricing or availability.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Automations depend on third-party services we do not control; a failure in a connected service is outside our responsibility. Do not use the service as the sole safeguard for anything where failure would cause serious harm.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (during the free beta, that amount is zero). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data caused by third-party services.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give at least 30 days notice so you can export your Pilots.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will update the effective date and notify account holders by email before the changes apply. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
